Blue Sky Bio Labs Cancellation Policy
At Blue Sky Bio Labs, we understand that circumstances may require you to cancel an order or scheduled service. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations to ensure clarity and fairness for both parties.
Products
Before Shipment
Orders may be canceled free of charge if the cancellation request is received before the product has been shipped.
To cancel, contact the product orders team at orders@blueskybiolabs.com with your order details.
After Shipment
If the product has already been shipped, the cancellation request will be treated as a return under our Return Policy.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the cancellation is due to an error on our part.
Custom Products or Special Orders
Orders for custom specialty products are non-cancelable once production has begun or materials have been procured.
Services
Notice Period
Services may be canceled without penalty if notice is provided at least 48 hours before the scheduled start of the service.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the service start time will incur a 25% cancellation fee based on the total service fee.
No-Show Policy
Failure to appear for a scheduled service without prior cancellation will result in a 50% no-show fee based on the total service fee.
Custom or Contract Services
Services involving custom work, extensive preparation, or unique deliverables may be canceled only under the terms outlined in the service agreement. Cancellation fees may apply to cover costs incurred.

Refunds for Canceled Orders or Services
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 10 business days of approval and will be issued to the original payment method.
Cancellation fees, if applicable, will be deducted from the refund amount.
