Process for Returns

  • Request Authorization

    • Contact our Customer Service team at contact@blueskybiolabs.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    • Provide proof of purchase, details of the product/service, and reason for the return.

  • Shipping

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part.

    • Products must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

  • Inspection and Refund

    • Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

Exchanges

  • Upon completing the investigation, we will provide a resolution proposal within 10 business days of receiving all required documentation.

  • Possible resolutions may include:

    • Replacement of defective products.

    • Refunds or partial refunds.

    • Reperformance of services at no additional cost.

    • Credit toward future orders.

  • If you are unsatisfied with the proposed resolution, you may escalate the dispute to our Dispute Resolution Team by submitting a written appeal within 10 days of the initial proposal.

  • The appeal will be reviewed, and a final decision will be made within 10 business days.
